Thanks to Steve Miller my experience was GREAT! ! I have an apple phone which has been dropping calls for the past year. Every time I talked with service I was told I had to pay for the diagnostic t ! I have an apple phone which has been dropping calls for the past year. Every time I talked with service I was told I had to pay for the diagnostic test and then pay for the download to fix it ($900). When I got in on Friday morning with my car, Steve told me I had the extended warranty and would pay nothing!! My service was done within the time Steve gave me and my phone works with my car! AMAZING!!! More
