We purchased a 2011 Toyota Sienna from Marco at Toyota City and we could not be happier. We travelled from Canada to make the purchase and thanks to Marco is was a pleasurable transaction. He was such a pl City and we could not be happier. We travelled from Canada to make the purchase and thanks to Marco is was a pleasurable transaction. He was such a pleasure to deal with. He had all our paper work faxed to the border so that we could take the vehicle in to Canada. He went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. Thanks Toyota City and Marco. We will recommend Toyota City to all our Canadian Friends. It was a real pleasure to do business with you. Thanks Again BIl and Karen Hay More
Chris made our experience fun with his helpfulness and knowledge about the cars and his patience and kindness was exceptional to two old ladies which had no idea that they were going to buy a car. All we knowledge about the cars and his patience and kindness was exceptional to two old ladies which had no idea that they were going to buy a car. All we were doing was have service done on our 2006 Toyota. Paula also made our experience an enjoyable one with the offer she gave us. Finamce was also very professional and quick with the help we were given. We would totally recomend this dealership to anyone that wants to buy a new car. More
Toyota City-is our only dealership. We bought our first Toyota from them in 1989 and have bought from them since. We have all scheduled maintence done there too. Never an issue in all these years! I trust Toyota from them in 1989 and have bought from them since. We have all scheduled maintence done there too. Never an issue in all these years! I trust their maintence dept. and that's a first! They are the only one I do trust. We drive past dozens of dealers every time we visit Toyota City including at least one MAJOR Toyota dealership. Toyota City is the only dealership I have ever actually liked and trusted. Thanks Toyota City & Staff!! More
This is my third Toyota. All were purchased from different dealerships around the metro. I got a fair trade in value for my 06 Carolla and still got the truck at a great price. Usually you get on different dealerships around the metro. I got a fair trade in value for my 06 Carolla and still got the truck at a great price. Usually you get one or the other. Tony Z was very good at attending to my needs, didnt try to shine me, and kept me informed as the process went on. They will be my first choice for my next Toyota purchase. More
The first e-mail response I got from Mr. Smith was professional and prompt. My first encounter with him was the best car buying experience I have had. I just turned 61 years old and felt "worked ove professional and prompt. My first encounter with him was the best car buying experience I have had. I just turned 61 years old and felt "worked over" by the other car deals I had to make in the past. I had shopped other dealers for my car. Bruce was knowledgeable of the Camry and answered all of my questions. All I wanted was to pay a fair price for the car and get a ball park figure for my trade in. Toyota City gave me that. I drove past other Toyota dealers to get the best deal! Thanks Bruce!! Oh yea!- I love my new Camry! I have wanted one for 10 years........... More

Always a pleasure dealing with the service department at Toyota City. Work always completed on time and often sooner. Never feel they are trying to oversell or recommend unnecessary service. Always polite and very informative about any service that is required. Service is always completed when they say it will be. I am a loyal Toyota customer, and I also specifically choose to take my van to the Toyota service center when it needs work. One of the primary reasons I do so is because my expectation is that at Toyota choose to take my van to the Toyota service center when it needs work. One of the primary reasons I do so is because my expectation is that at Toyota, they will not miss any of the 'quirky' things that my van needs after routine maintenance (e.g. resetting the 'maintenance required' indicator after an oil change). This week, I stopped in for a new battery. When I opened my driver's window after driving a few miles away from the dealer again, I realized that the auto-power window wasn't functioning. Called back to ask how to reset, and was asked to turn around and come back. When I got there, I got a bit of runaround from the tech that was at my door when I opened it and told him that it had worked in the morning but not after the battery replacement so I was looking for the switch to make it work again...he was indicating that it shouldn't have anything to do with the battery replacement, because that was a simple cable lift/replace (seemed obvious that he was uncomfortable and seemed to be trying to dodge any 'perceived responsibility'). While he went to find a Service Advisor to help, I opened my manual and found the reset procedure myself and performed it. Clearly within my ability. HOWEVER...as I said, my expectation is that Toyota shouldn't make their customers dig for those things after maintenance...if it's not already part of the 'battery replace' checklist, it NEEDS TO be. I'm willing to pay for Toyota parts and service because I expect better in the results. Irritated to have to make the extra effort and to be told to drive the extra miles for something so simple. More
