Mr Bennet Houck is very knowledgeable in Toyota products, and has been very helpful in explaining the important issues concerning driving the new Prius in an efficient and effective manner. This was partly a routine scheduled maintenance visit, and partly a check on my car after some very rough driving. I had hoped to have the car cleaned and detailed, not realizing that that service wasn't available on Saturdays; to make up for that, Jeremy and his crew took care of my most pressing concern (cleaning the road gunk from the door frames) gratis. This is typical of the way that Toyota City has looked after my cars for many years. More

I sent in a request for a loan from Lending Tree for a car, who then forwarded it to "Credit city" - this is owned by Toyota City. On the day I went to go and look at the cars (deciding whatever, I need to atleast look, they already dinged my credit) they decided to go home early, so I drove 30 miles for no reason. I then called in the next day and asked if I could come get a car today, and they told me I could come pick up a car any time before 6. I once again set out to drive 30 miles (having to get a ride since the reason for my visit was my broken down car) and showed up just to be told the car I asked about was sold without telling me, and the "the bank is closed so you have to wait until monday" I spend 120 miles of drive time and a credit hit for nothing. Their website throws popups asking you to look at their cars. If you click "used cars" it interupts you with a pop up asking you to look at their cars (I already am) and when you click ANYTHING on the used car screen it opens ANOTHER popup asking you TO LOOK AT THE CARS YOU ARE ALREADY LOOKING AT. Over all, I ended up waiting 2 weeks, got no car, have to take another credit hit to find another dealer, drove 120 miles, and dealt with a broken website, and I have nothing to show for it. They may offer loans for bad credit, but getting the car is worse than walking to work and saving up the money. More
