They tried to sell me some extra stuff I did not need like extended warranty, but the moment I said No, it was the end of story. I am very happy to find a dealership that I trust and that gives me excellent customer service from advisor to cashier. I think that Luther Toyota should be a template for other dealerships to follow. My car was completed by a team of mechanics in a timely and cost effective fashion and was not only washed but cleaned from the inside as well as a new shine to my tires. What more could you ask for? This is my first service experience at the dealership, after purchasing my vehicle 6 months ago. I dealth with three employees, all were friendly. The first gentleman immediately placed a plastic cover after purchasing my vehicle 6 months ago. I dealth with three employees, all were friendly. The first gentleman immediately placed a plastic cover on my floormat as not to dirty it. He was respectful, called me 'sir' and didn't rush me when asking for my keys. The service was quick, and they even washed my car, which I was not expecting. A nice touch! The only complaint, albeit a minor point and not related to the quality of the service, is that the soda machine in the waiting room wasn't free. However, there were pastries available at no cost.
