Just made my second purchase from Toyota city. Worked with Matt, an easy going guy with a no pressure attitude. Helpful from start to finish. Worked numbers with Chad. I researched Camrys for a couple of weeks, and the internet price on my camry was lower that what I was finding online. After the purchase they replaced the tires and buffed and retouched the exterior. I am a picky jerk of a buyer and if there is a scratch on my future purchase I don't hesitate to point that out. My first purchase was a 4runner and they buffed the hood because I crabbed about a few scratches. If you care about the little things and expect a used car to look new, these guys will make it happen. I have owned my camry for 6 days and 3 people thought my 2011 was brand new. More

I had my car towed to Toyota in Bloomington once, and it was not the same experience, at all. I have not gone back there. Came in for oil change in the early evening, but also having issue with temperature light coming on. Diagnosis was that radiator grill was dirty with cottonwood particles. Although to clean it required taking it out and hosing it off, cleaning it, and a charge of over $200, Josh offered me a loaner so I could attend my event that night and I could return afterwards and the car would be all fixed up. He made it easy and convenient even though I didn't like the associated cost. More

The guys are trustworthy. They don't push to sell. Their hours are very convenient. Even though their prices are a little higher, it is difinitely worth it! When I came to the dealership, I was nervous because of the many advices I got from different sources how dealerships get advantage of unsuspecting customers. I met salesman Badou Gueye who showed me my car and also helped me fill all the paper work. The process went through smoothly, and I had the key in my hand within the hour I got there having not realized all the fears I had before I got there. They tried to sell me some extra stuff I did not need like extended warranty, but the moment I said No, it was the end of story. For all the car buyers out there, do your research and know what kind of vehicle you want and the price you are willing to pay, and then try Luther Toyota City & Scion. I highly recommend it only because of Badou Gueye. He is the best salesman I have ever met and because of that experience, I'm able to write this review. More

I switched from using Walser Toyota for my service to Luther Toyota b/c of terrible customer service at Walser Toyota in Bloomington and I was so elated to finally find a dealership that has friendly and Luther Toyota b/c of terrible customer service at Walser Toyota in Bloomington and I was so elated to finally find a dealership that has friendly and knowledgeable service advisors to help you maintain your car rather than try to make a profit off you by using tactics that are borderline unethical in the car service department and I have many examples that Walser tries to extract money from you in an unethical way. I am very happy to find a dealership that I trust and that gives me excellent customer service from advisor to cashier. I think that Luther Toyota should be a template for other dealerships to follow. My car was completed by a team of mechanics in a timely and cost effective fashion and was not only washed but cleaned from the inside as well as a new shine to my tires. What more could you ask for? Excellent experience and they just gained a customer for life. More
