Luther Brookdale Toyota is an amazing facility. I generally don't have my vehicles serviced at dealerships, primarily because I tend to own older vehicles, and like to save money where I can. But since I had received a safety recall notice for my 2002 Corolla, and Toyota was paying for the fix, I went to this dealer. If money were no object (or if I owned newer vehicles), this would be the first place I would go -- at least based on what I saw yesterday. I'm making the assumption that their mechanics are as top-notch as the other employees I interacted with. The service bays are large, well lit, clean, and orderly. The whole place has an airy, open feel to it. The waiting area boasts probably a dozen flat screen TVs (including a couple of large ones), comfortable chairs, and refreshments. I could have spent all morning there enjoying the ambience. Sadly, my vehicle was fixed and ready to go before I could even finish my complimentary hot drink. As I was easing out of the service bay in my fixed (and newly washed!) vehicle, I came to one of the three, large, closed garage doors. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to notify somebody that I was leaving, or what. Suddenly, the 2-story garage door in front of me flew opened with such a whoosh of speed that I couldn't help but smile. More
I recently brought my Toyota Camry to Luther Brookdale for service to replace a belt. My overall experience was awesome. Occasionally, I also fly on Singapore Airlines (one of the standard bearers for service in the airline industry). I just want to say my overall experience with everyone at Luther Toyota...from the guys at the service counter, to the people at the cashiers desk, through every step of the process: getting the car into the schedule, getting a loaner vehicle, to getting the car repaired and returned...all the communication along the way was top-notch and comparable to any service I've experienced in my travels. I am really glad I purchased my Toyota Camry from Luther Brookdale, and will gladly be back for service in the future. More
I brought my car to Toyota highlander to be fixed and decided to stop by and look at the new cars while waiting to talk to repair shop. I talked to one of your sales representative who encouraged me to look at the cars and try see if I can be approved. sure I was. Next the financial manager was quick in getting credit line and things went faster than I thought and boom! I was a proved for a new car. I left shortly to attend to other services and couldn't believe when Keith the salesman called to come and pick-up the new car. I will recommend my friends for the friendly customer service despite the fact that whoever saw me looking the cars couldn't have thought I was going to be able to get such an expensive car. you passed. I already have a Honda, and did lot of research before buying a car. Going with Toyota was not easy. but still bought a 2012 Camry LE Auto with 23K miles. Marco wanted me to buy the best car whichever I want. No pressure sales and very professional sales person. He was good at clearing all my doubts.(mechanical and electrical related to the car ). I asked lot of questions related to car, loan, packages etc. all were promptly answered I highly recommend this dealership at least meet Marco if you did not have pleasant experience anywhere. Today I received prompt, friendly, thorough, fast service on my Toyota. Work performed was documented, explained, and furnished to me. What was originally anticipated to take up to 2 hours was accomplished on my Toyota. Work performed was documented, explained, and furnished to me. What was originally anticipated to take up to 2 hours was accomplished in less than 1 hour. The new facility is incredible - a monumental upgrade from the previous location. Great attention to detail in a very concerted effort to make for a most positive customer experience. Perhaps not all that surpisingly, I witnessed many of the same things I experience at my Lexus dealership - professionally dressed staff who are knowledgeable and friendly, a genuine respect for my time, accommodating waiting area with TVs/vending/complimentary beverages and snacks/etc. I was very impressed and pleased with today's experience and would highly recommend this dealer. I have purchased three new vehicles from this dealer in the past 12 years. More

Very friendly, courteous people. Work on car was done very professionally and I left with with a great deal of confidence that all was well. This is very important to me since I see Toyota every other ye very professionally and I left with with a great deal of confidence that all was well. This is very important to me since I see Toyota every other year (distance too long for routine oil change and tire rotation). The Avalon is a very sturdy car and it gets good service at this dealer, so I drive with confidence (and very conservatively). Thanks for the peace of mind. PS The new facility is very impressive. I actually liked the old one which was sort of homey, but clean, but this new facility is nice. No, I don't work for Toyota and never have, but am a very loyal Avalon fan. More
