We used the Consumer Reports Build and Buy program, so the dealership had already given us their best offer for the car we wanted before we ever visited them. I recommend this program highly as a way to save both money and time. Also, I feel that a dealer who participates in this plan is clearly one that does not attempt to take advantage of people by starting with an inflated price and then offering bogus discounts. They also offered us a fair price for our trade-in and, just as important, said they would pay us that amount for it weather or not we bought a car from them. This is yet another clear sign that the dealer is not playing games with customers to make it seem like they are getting a special deal when that is not really the case. Try this dealership if you are looking for a friendly, professional, and no-nonsense car buying experience. I think you will be glad that you did. More

I came in to get a oil changed, and found that a couple of my vents were overdue for a change. The service department only does what is needed to fix the vehicle and are great about suggesting how to combine repairs to reduce costs. The shuttle service they offer is wonderful - you can drop your vehicle off for the day and they will take you home or drop you off at work, then pick you up when your vehicle is ready. I let them know i had an appointment I needed to leave by 8am. They checked it out, changed the oil and told me I was ready to go by 7:20.
