If only there were more such as this I started using the service department of this dealer about two years ago after my regular mechanic retired. I wish I had started using Luther Toyota I started using the service department of this dealer about two years ago after my regular mechanic retired. I wish I had started using Luther Toyota sooner. Their courtesy and professionalism is unmatched. I have never had anything less than a perfect transaction there. I never feel as though they are trying to sell a product or service I do not need. My two cars that I purchased new are a thirteen year old Avalon and a six year old Corolla. My wife and I hope these will be the last two cars we ever own. From what I have seen of their service, our hope should be achievable. More

That's what really counts......we used to shop around for service in the old days but now we just like keeping everything with the dealers......they have the training and know the vehicle....if they're a good one (like these guys) why bother going elsewhere??? I did have to wait almost 2 hours for the financing portion, but all was forgiven when the finance person was able to get me a really good deal and a lower interest rate on my loan, over all he was on my side and fought for a better deal for me. I was very pleased with my service as a whole. I would recommend Luther Brookdale Toyota to anyone looking for a new or used car. More

Overnight Drop Off In preparation for our upcoming trip to North Carolina, I took our '06 Sienna in to make sure it was ship shape for the trip and to take care of some In preparation for our upcoming trip to North Carolina, I took our '06 Sienna in to make sure it was ship shape for the trip and to take care of some recommended maintenance. I had to use the overnight drop off service. I had never used it before and getting there at 8pm, it was dark outside. All of the building and lots surrounding it were very well lit though. I felt safe walking about the parking lot at night because of how well lit it was. The drop box area was clearly labeled in big lettering on the side of the service bays. The drop paperwork had detailed instructions. The paperwork let me detail what work I wanted done on the van. The next day, Jeremy, my service rep this time, and I had to talk several times on the phone to take care of work I had specified and another issue they had found. Jeremy was understanding about the upcoming trip and said they'd get everything taken care of so we would have a safe trip. I never saw Jeremy face to face during this service visit, but felt he cared about our van and our situation even though we only discussed things on the phone. More
