Excellent time on a snowy morning I recently completed a 3600 mile road trip with our '12 RAV4 and way-overran our 35K service, But it was easy to get scheduled in online and seemingl I recently completed a 3600 mile road trip with our '12 RAV4 and way-overran our 35K service, But it was easy to get scheduled in online and seemingly even easier to get in and out of LBT. I had to wait, but drove in with someone waiting to take the car off my hands, walked right up to the counter with service advisor, Robert M, who reviewed past work done and selected just the work that was needed - nothing extra. I went and enjoyed coffee and a paper and before I knew it was paying my bill and heading out to a freshly serviced and washed car. Thanks. More

Nothing got done - I asked for a price on tires which was (for the same Michelin Tire) $170 more than my local Discount Tire price - Did I look that Stupid? Has anyone heard about the internet? Then I waited 10 minutes while they washed my van on a rainy day. What was the point? The Best New Car service in the Twin City but not Today. More

Barcelona Red Rocks Spent a pleasant morning at LBT last Saturday turning in my 2012 Corolla and picking up my shiny new Corolla, complete with Eco, back up camera, and d Spent a pleasant morning at LBT last Saturday turning in my 2012 Corolla and picking up my shiny new Corolla, complete with Eco, back up camera, and digital odometer displays. Had a great time working with Ann and Matt and enjoyed all of the amenities from the Starbucks coffee bar to the free Wi-Fi. The new digs are beautiful and the whole experience was very pleasant. And my new Corolla---it's already been to Des Moines and back to Blue Earth (37.6 mpg on the first tank). I've been driving Toyotas since 1985 and all of the folks at LBT are at the top of their game. Thanks for everything! More
