Routine can be nice I just stopped in to have a routine 5000 mile oil change and tire rotation done. I have had Robert M. as my service writer 3 of the previous times I have been there with one or the other of our two RAVs, so I scheduled the appointment with him. He was tied up when I arrived and Nicole quickly had me come to her counter and took care of getting things underway (she actually reminded me that the tire rotation was a good idea at this timie and I agreed}. While I was in the waiting room reading and enjoying my coffee a gentleman named Randy came and thanked me for my continued business and asked if there were any questions or problems he could help me with. I did talk with him and Nicole about a difficulty I had been having with the keyless system on our other car. They gave me some suggestions and also recommended that the next time I had tha vehicle in that we try to recreate the problem so that they could help with that, too. All quite nice. More
Love my 2014 AWD RAV 4 in winter! I purchased a new 2014 RAV 4 on 8/30/2014. I did not intend to buy a new vehicle this soon. I was looking more at November. Well, while I was having I purchased a new 2014 RAV 4 on 8/30/2014. I did not intend to buy a new vehicle this soon. I was looking more at November. Well, while I was having my 2001 Camry serviced I was approached by a salesman. He said there is a demand right now for my used vehicle. Especially for college or high school students. I agreed to have him give me a quote for my car. While waiting for my service and quote a new car salesman Nick Warhol came over. He was great! He asked what I was looking to buy in November. I told him a vehicle with AWD for winter. He told me about the RAV 4 labor day specials. Next thing I knew Nick had me test driving the RAV 4's while I was waiting. The offer on my car was fair, plus they offered to cover my 2001 Camry repairs. And with the 0% financing for 60 months and a $250 gift card I couldn't pass it up. I thought about it over night and came back to purchase a RAV 4 Sport the next morning. The whole process was so smooth and Nick spent all the time I needed to explain the Navigation, blue tooth and Serius/XM features. Thanks Nick! It's been over 4 months now and I just love the RAV 4 AWD performance in winter conditions. More

Broke down I was devastated to hear from a first opinion telling me my car would cost a whopping $960 to fix. He told me, my car would only cost a fraction of the first pricing. I was estatic and yes I fixed it! I am a happy camper!!!! More

Great buying experience We stopped in one day 'just to look' at used vehicles when having to replace our aging car. Joey helped us that day he was very knowledgeable and answered many questions not only about Toyota but other models we were considering. We went back about 10 days later to continue our search, with an open mind about buying used or new. Once again Joey was right there helping us, answering questions, advising and guiding without being pushy or forceful. He was so informative down to drive train, options and everything in between. We decided to go with a new Rav4. Absolutely pleasant afternoon with every person in the dealership. We were there a couple of hours. We got a more than fair price for our 18 year old used car and left with a brand new Rav4, detailed and even new license plates put on. Would buy again from Joey and LBT in a heart beat! More

We thought they would be upset with our coming at the last minute, but the service tech was very pleasant and professional. In just over 20 minutes they had done a multi-point inspection, oil change, tire rotation and washed the car, all at no charge. They were cheerful, friendly and very efficient. We were well please with the service. More
