My small shop had me scheduled weeks in advance but couldn't accommodate me, due to illness leaving it very short-handed. With Luther Toyota-Scion, my Worthy Successor (the Scion's name) got caring, knowledgeable accountable attention from start-to-finish. Since my appointment only took a short time, the customer service technician offered me the option of talking to a technical advisor on my electronics. I had often wondered about the Aux feature to stream one's own music over the radio speakers. The technical advisor Badu not only showed me how this could be done but me a highly professional presentation of how to accommodate passengers' musical preferences without raising unnecessary safety concerns for the driver.
