The person handling the phone call was very friendly and set things up quickly for me - after which I received both e-mail and text confirmations. The appointment was for a routine oil change after a long road-trip. As always, the check in process was quick and easy and I went to the waiting room to look through one of the available daily papers along with a freshly brewed cup of coffee. The service was completed before I'd managed to scan through the whole paper. A good job and friendly service is what I have come to expect. More

I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience I had working with her. I had never purchased a brand new vehicle so I had a lot of questions. Looking at many different cars, I decided that Toyota was the one that would provide the best ownership experience for me. All the reviews that I read online, as well as any friends and family, had a very good experience with Toyota cars they had. Through the search for a Corolla, I arrived at Luther Brookdale Toyota. Sara Davis started helping me out in finding a good vehicle based on the criteria that I had come up with. She was so patient and kind during the whole time. I test-drove a couple, but still was doubting my decision. Then she took the time and explained all the other options that I had including leasing. She gave me very clear and realistic information about the whole process, while trying to find the best deal that would match my expectations. I ended up leasing a Corolla 2014 from the dealership. The entire experience was very pleasant and without any problems. But Sara went above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my purchase. She stayed in touch with me afterwards and proved to be a very reliable salesperson and friend. More

Steve, the service manager runs a neat and clean operation. Always excellent customer service. Oh, the loaner vehicle is always in excellent condition and doesn't smell like smoke, etc. Usually are pretty new model units also. I would recommend this service department for any service to a Toyota, no matter where you purchased it. Professional, quality team. More

The person working with us, Sara Davis, was excellent to help us get into the vehicle we liked but weren't going to buy the day we walked in to begin the process of finding another vehicle to replace our soon to be completed lease. Her dedication and interest in our situation made us feel exceptionally valued and it appears she works for a company that supports her in every way possible to make sure customers are treated with respect and dignity. She worked with us to determine what the best fit was for us which included several test drives many different models (Highlander, RAV4, Camry, and Venza) over several visits. We found are very knowledgeable about all the products and was very easy to talk to about our desires and concerns. in the end, we decided on a RAV4 and she work hard to get us the color we wanted (even after several changes on our part). Even after the sale, she followed up to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. We will most definitely recommend her and the dealership to others. More
