We got the repair scheduled immediately, we brought it in and he kept us posted on the repair and let us know when it was done, what the problem was and what they did to fix the problem. Sales Sara Davis I have been shopping for a car with my 85 year old mother, who has recently had the loss of her husband and then an accident with her 2004 Cadillac. Sara was so great to work with as she was kind, patient and worked with my mother in a manner that made me feel good as a daughter knowing that my mom was being treated so respectful. It is hard to work with an 85 year old person in that you need to be patient, clear and be able to repeat a lot of what has already been said. Sara was wonderful with my mother and I appreciated her kindness to her. Sara had the knowledge to not overwhelm my mother with too much of the technical features in a car and stuck to more of the basic features. I would recommend Sara to anyone that I know is looking for a car and I know all of my families future needs will go through Sara. I am hoping this information will be shared with Sara as she made the experience excellent. Thank you Sara for your kindness. More

Great customer service!! Went in for a routine oil change. I know I need new tires soon and they did tell me the same but no pressure to immediately buy them or from them. My car is a 2003 Solara in good condition and has been serviced at Brookdale Toyota 99.9% of the time (one oil change out of state and my first oil change where I originally purchased the car in 2002). After my service work was done I was approached by staff to see if I was interested in trading my "pretty red Solara". As a matter of fact I was thinking about it, maybe not today but in the very near future. Randy (?) was extremely helpful and courteous and he referred me to Lynn Floyd who spent over 2 hours with me to give me a complete picture of what I wanted to buy, what my car was worth (and I already knew through research)...a complete scenario was presented. Lynn let me take the vehicle was interested in for a nice test drive (not just around the block) which was extremely helpful. I know that I will definitely go back to Brookdale Toyota when I do trade in my Solara (it is such a great car I dread getting rid of it) but I'm ready for a small SUV. It was phenomenal the amount of energy and time Lynn spent with me and never once did I feel pressured or made to feel "ignorant" about researching the purchase process. I will definitely go back to Lynn when I'm ready to buy...it might be sooner than I originally planned. More

Routine oil change My routine oil change turned into much more than i expected but I trust that I'm in good hands with the service department. And since I love my 2003 Highlander, I chose to continue to take good care of her and had the repairs done. I started out with a Camry loaner but when I told Duane I was headed out of town with 2 others he said I should bring the Camry back and take a Rav4 because it had more room. My car was ready Monday as promised running great! I always use Luther Toyota for maintenance. Their customer service is excellent. It is always a super experience for me using Luther Toyota. More

Brookdale consistently responded quickly to my inq I went online to find Toyota dealerships, contacted several through e-mail to ask them for quotes. Brookdale consistently responded quickly to my inquiries. In person, they were all friendly and provided excellent service. After the purchase of the car, I came back here for the routine maintenance because their service is so great. I tried another dealership for my first maintenance but found the other dealership's customer service to pale in comparison to Brookdale so I continue to take my car to Brookdale, even though it is further away from me. More
