So I went looking, and Tim Olson VERY KINDLY talked with me and showed me various vehicle. And he had a green one-- dark green! So after talking and discussing and checking with the wisdom of Duane -- but he wasn't there so Jeremy stood in for him; and I got good advice on the car I was looking at. And then without further ado -- though it took a couple of days cuz I was in there on Memorial Day, so I had to get some money, and they put on undercoating -- and then Tim patiently explained the computer type things in the car to be sure I could at least drive it home; and then Matt, the financial man, got things all straightened out; and 8 years to the day I wrote a check for my new, green car. I came in to have a maintenance check up and oil change on my 2014 Camry and was immediately greeted upon entering the garage. While I was waiting, Randy, a very kind service representative approached me and asked me how I liked my car and if I had any questions about it. I of course had a few about the audio components since I am not an electronics guru. Randy took the time to go over the audio features of my car and answered all my questions. He also was quite patient when in the midst of him providing me instructions about the car's audio features my 16 year old daughter called me from school and needed to talk to me. On top of all that he touched up a spot on my car for free where I had accidentally scratched my lower rear bumper. I definitely will return to this dealership. More

Warranty service performed I brought in my 2010 Tundra with significant corrosion issues in the bed. Steve Miller contacted Toyota and they covered the replacement of the entire I brought in my 2010 Tundra with significant corrosion issues in the bed. Steve Miller contacted Toyota and they covered the replacement of the entire bed under warranty and in addition I was provided a rental car at no charge. The experience for this major repair was outstanding and I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership, their handling of this situation, and Toyota for standing behind their vehicles. However, I'm tired of looking at the same old replay of the building of your dealership for years on end. That has to be driving your people at the counter crazy -- just sayin. . . Some thoughts -- maybe a presentation of all the beautiful sites in our state or pictures of Toyota's vehicles. Just change it up from time to time or pull the plug! More

When taking my car in and having to leave it they wanted to charge me for a loaner, We had to get upset before they would offer us one for 10 cent a mile or bring it back with a full tank of gas (which is fair) When the car was complete my service person was on break and no one offered to come explain what was done to my car and what was replaced for the recall. The girl at the service desk didn't seem to know how to handle this. It was like "oh well" I guess I'm old school when spending 30,000 dollars I expect a little more. I don't like the car to begin with so this didn't help much. I guess you have to like toyota's to like this car. Going back to Jeep when my lease is completed. More
Quick, caring service I pulled a muscle in my back as I exited my car inside the Service center. Robert quickly brought a chair to help me. Better experience here than the dealer I bought the car from I purchased my car from another dealer and every time I went for service, it took longer than expected and the waiting area was echo-y and filled with I purchased my car from another dealer and every time I went for service, it took longer than expected and the waiting area was echo-y and filled with people talking on their cel phones for the entire wait. At Brookdale Toyota, the service is fast, no appointment needed for basic oil change/tire rotation, they don't try to sell me on a bunch of things I don't need, the waiting area is very pleasant with TVs at a low volume, newspapers, magazines, personal carrols for watching a different station or having a conversation without annoying the people around you. They have also showed me how to change the rear wiper on my RAV4 (not simple) and checked my tires when the low pressure light was on and it was rediculously cold outside. Have never had a bad experience here! More
