They never try to push unneeded repairs or service on me but are very good about making the proper recommendations when additional service is needed. Sara Davis was extremely helpful and professional. I randomly stopped at the dealership to look at a Toyota Venza in a dark color and Sara said she would be glad to help me. I explained that I wasn't really sure which vehicle I wanted, but Sara happily brought a Venza for me to look at. As we discussed vehicles, I told Sara that I really wanted a Highlander, but was unsure about going to that price point. Bottom line, I later brought my wife back to look at the two vehicles and she loved the Highlander. Sara found the right vehicle for us and after some minor negotiations, made sure that the deal worked and we didn't have to go back to our previous Toyota dealer(some distance away). Sara was very upfront and professional and took the time to explain the merits of both vehicles and made sure that we got the vehicle that worked best for us. More

Because of past experiences with the dealership I have come to expect exceptional treatment from Luther and I always get better than I expected. My 15 yr old Avalon died last night. I went to the dealer at 6:45 a.m. this morning. They had my car towed in, analyzed the problem and had it repaired by 10:00 a.m. The service advisor was Cou Yang. He kept me informed via phone every step of the way and answered all of my questions. My only regret - I didn't start using this dealership sooner. More
Great routine maintenance, above & beyond recall repair On May 11, 2015, Jeremy Brisbin and his crew, as always, did a great job on my car's routine maintenance (oil change and "Maintenance One" package), a On May 11, 2015, Jeremy Brisbin and his crew, as always, did a great job on my car's routine maintenance (oil change and "Maintenance One" package), and, because he knew I was about to leave on my annual vacation, driving many miles, some on gravel roads and other tough places, he moved heaven and earth to get the parts to do the two safety recall repairs for which my car was waiting. It was a great feeling to head out on the road, knowing that my airbags were safe. Jeremy, Steve Miller, and Duane Green have been taking care of my cars for over 25 years, and I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere. More
