just don't ask for floor mats in your vehicle I bought a 2014 Sienna fron Luther on Memorial Day. I was told to order floor mats but not that I was buying them. She was so unbelievably offended. And rude. And condescending. And couldn't wait to shove me out of her office. How dare I not know what their code and euphemisms meant! What a presumptuous moron I must be, she didn't have any paperwork about that. I mentioned this to a manager two weeks ago. He was going to contact me tomorrow. That was two weeks ago.
