Although it was a little early, they still rotated them for me, which is free of charge since I purchased my tires from them earlier this summer. In their routine check of my vehicle's lights, it was noticed that the light that illuminate my rear license plate was burned out. Thank you for catching that so I didn't get stopped by law enforcement for it not working. I was in around 12:45 and was out again in about 35 minutes. No complaints. More
Helpful, courteous service department I was in for timing belt replacement, and idler pulleys were found to have bad bearings. Not cheap, but worthy. I take my car to this service shop every year. I know I can cheaper service somewhere else, but for me it money well spent if I know that my car got I take my car to this service shop every year. I know I can cheaper service somewhere else, but for me it money well spent if I know that my car got the best possible care, I could hace free coffee and goodies, wifi, clean bathrooms...you name it. People are friendly and professional in every area. Well worth you money! More

I was told my car hasn't been serviced for the last few and that there's no service history. Well - I moved here in September and only having gone to other Toyota dealerships I know there's a record so explained that. "Oh, I guess I can look that up" was the response. Back to the "hasn't been serviced" piece - I said can you help me understand why you say that? He says "it just says 'customer declined' and I don't know why you did that" - well, again, let's take a minute to look at the whole picture. I HAVE gotten it serviced, I declined a filter change or 2, but asked for more clarification about what's actually happened. At the end of our conversation and the service, I was not actually negligent in keeping my car serviced and had only declined a couple filters, that didn't even need replacing after service inspection was completed today. Please take the time with your customers to understand the service history of their vehicle and ask questions if YOU don't see a clear picture - don't assume I haven't done things for my car because you haven't looked. I've owned a few cars in my day and I'm pretty sure I understand the importance of regular servicing. I just may not know EXACTLY what was done and when - that's what keeping records is for. Nothing makes a customer more uneasy and unsure if you're trying to trick me into doing things just for the money when these types of conversations take place. More
