just don't ask for floor mats in your vehicle I bought a 2014 Sienna fron Luther on Memorial Day. I was told to order floor mats but not that I was buying them. When I asked about them a week later the fulfillment officer was disgusted with me for not having $400 to buy floor mats to replace the ones they threw away as part of their policy. She was so unbelievably offended. And rude. And condescending. And couldn't wait to shove me out of her office. How dare I not know what their code and euphemisms meant! What a presumptuous moron I must be, she didn't have any paperwork about that. I mentioned this to a manager two weeks ago. He was going to contact me tomorrow. That was two weeks ago.
