Brooklyn started on the car on time and finished on time except extra time for a frozen and damage brake caliper that had ruined brake shoe. Overall service and repair work done pretty fast. Cost is always a shock for repairs, but all in all was reasonable. Brought no coupons but service agent reminded me of the senior discount and a brake shoe coupon available which saved me about 10-15%. More

Instead of guessing what the problem might be by replacing parts, they suggested I bring it back later when it acted up more frequently. Otherwise I was offered to use a car rental until next week when they could figure out the problem. I decided to try the wait and see method and left with a free car wash and was not charged a dime!!
