I have been looking all over town for a new car and was miserable. Then, I met Sara. She helped me find the perfect car. From the moment I walked in the door I felt valued and my business was appreciated. Sara was patient, knowledgeable, and seemed genuinely excited for me. The service department has long hours, and you do not need an appointment for oil changes, or tire rotations. Sara explained the car features to me and explained everything thoroughly. I am thrilled with my new RAV4. From the live musician to the awesome lounge, I was impressed with this dealership. If you want a stress free fun car shopping experience, ask for Sara Davis. More

When it was determined that I needed tires, he worked with me to get the best deal at an excellent price. When another issue arose, he went to his manager to see how they could best provide for customer. Together they went over and above my expectations to ensure that my car was safe and serviced to their high standards. I have always felt they listened, cared and treated me with respect. We would wake up in the morning and just get some breakfast and we'd talk to all of the people. They would come to know us as their family. We would all celebrate and dance daily, and have special parties on the solstaces and equinoxes. Eventually I'd grow old and my children and grandchildren would listen to my stories in front of dimly lit parking lights.. they'd think about putting me in a nursing home, but would remember what a spectacular place this is. I would live out the rest of my days wandering the halls and appreciating the beauty of this dealership. Thank yiu, luther brookdale toyota. More
Could've had 5 stars I went in for a oil change and tire rotation. Service rep. Joe was great. In and out in less than 40 minutes but there was 1 problem. They only rotate I went in for a oil change and tire rotation. Service rep. Joe was great. In and out in less than 40 minutes but there was 1 problem. They only rotated 2 of my tires. The techs didn't tell the rep. why they didn't rotate the other tires. I only noticed it because my son had marked a rear tire with the pen and the same tire was still in the same spot. The service rep. and the service manager offered to look at the camera to make sure they rotated the tires. At first they were telling me they rotated the tires but after looking at a different camera, it was determined that they didn't even touched the 2 other tires. I paid to have 4 tires rotated not 2. I should've gotten some kind of discount but nothing. On the flip side, they are quick and the people over in the service department is awesome. More

I was not directly approached during this visit, but there is an obvious sales person who is working the services customers in the waiting room to perhaps develop a sales opportunity. I was solicited the last time I was there by the same person, and I saw this person approaching customers today. He is very cordial and not at all aggressive in his approach. He is obviously doing his job well. However, I just want to use this forum to state my opinion that I do not like this sales practice at all. More

New Battery My battery died and it was only two months old so it qualified to be replaced.
