Kelly also has a style that instantly builds trust. If you are put off or repelled by slick salespeople, Kelly's style will be immediately recognized as the antithesis. She was spectacular. Excellent service on a short-notice needed repair. I needed a quick repair on a wiring problem in the steering column of my Sienna van. Luther Brookdale Toyota got me in the next evening and repaired t I needed a quick repair on a wiring problem in the steering column of my Sienna van. Luther Brookdale Toyota got me in the next evening and repaired the problem pronto. The staff I dealt with were knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. They also had the part necessary to replace the spare tire holder on a recall issue that I had been waiting for several months for another Toyota dealer to replace and they did that at Luther also. It was an A-1 experience. Having evening hours is a great service. More

They are always pleasant, helpful and take the time to fully explain any questions I have. I also appreciate that the Service Dept is open until midnight and I have never had to have an appointment for regular maintenance. A year ago I purchased my newest RAV and during this process I met Sara Davis. At the time, Sara was new to Luther but I think she was amazingly respectful. She was patient with me and did not use pushy sales tactics. She has great customer service skills; she remembers people, explains the features of a vehicle clearly (and multiple times if you didn't retain it all the first time), calls and sends notes to say hi and just to follow-up. I can not recommend Sara strongly enough. Go see her at Luther and I know you will have an excellent vehicle buying experience! More

Recent servicing of my car at Luther Toyota Brookdale I have been going to Luther Brookdale Toyota for over 10 years for the servicing of my car. They are kind, courteous, helpful and do a great job. Alwa I have been going to Luther Brookdale Toyota for over 10 years for the servicing of my car. They are kind, courteous, helpful and do a great job. Always an enjoyable experience. My car is well taken care of and the problem is fixed. I like being able to take my car in after work if I need an oil change or repairs. I also love the transportation service, giving me a ride to work and picking me up, when my car is in need of repair and I need to get to work. What I don't like is when Toyota dropped the notices they mailed to you to let you know what needs replacement/looked at and serviced at what miles. With these mailed notices, I was able budget my money to better take care of my car. I would like to have these back. It helped with budgeting, just as importantly, I took really good care of my cars and they ran well and lasted much longer, saving me money and peace of mind. More

They are open until midnight! I have had a headlamp out for 3 weeks. My schedule is brutal, and I just assumed that there was no option for someone like me who goes to work at 6:30 I have had a headlamp out for 3 weeks. My schedule is brutal, and I just assumed that there was no option for someone like me who goes to work at 6:30 am and can't get away before 5-6 pm. Well, HELLO Brookdale! I had a headlamp out (OK I said that) and knew I was a sitting duck for a ticket, my usual dealer told me 10 days. I found Brookdale Luther, SAME DAY, 6:15 pm, totally fit my schedule! Waltzed in, service intake was great, walked to Subway for a sandwich, was home by 7:30. AWESOME! And everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, having fun, even though they were going to be there until midnight. Way to go team - made me feel like a valued customer even if you were working tough hours. You made me feel great - I will be back! More
