First Sevice I was asked to come in for my first service check after purchasing my car in May 2015. My service was done quite quickly, wash included. Upon going ou I was asked to come in for my first service check after purchasing my car in May 2015. My service was done quite quickly, wash included. Upon going out to get my car I noticed a small rock chip on the hood and went back in to ask the service man what I could do. I have the Tire & Wheel coverage and I had the Clear Coat added. The service guy said to go the Luther Auto Body place in Brooklyn Park over by Fleet Farm and they could help me. The man at the auto body place said "I wish they would quit sending people here. I have no idea what coverage you have and no access to find out. The dealership should have been able to help you." Well, they didn't so now I have no idea what I should do. Why couldn't the service guy at the counter look up what coverage I had and if this rock chip would be covered and how to proceed. More

Excellent Service I had new tires installed on my Tundra. The next day one of the tires had only 15 psi. I put it up to 35 psi and drove directly to Toyota City. He got me in inmeadiately to solve the tire problem, which turned out to be a pinched air valve.
