New vehicle I had my Toyota Highlander for many years. I received it after my father died. It was his car so it had a lot of sentimental value. My transmission died so it was time for a new vehicle. Ann Scherer was my sales person and she made the process very easy. I had never bought or leased a car before so I did not know what to expect. She took her time with me and explained everything as we went through the process. I have been going to Toyota City/Brookdale Toyota since I was in high school. I am now 50. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful so it was a no brainer that I would buy my first new car at Brookdale Toyota. Thank you!! More

10k mile service It was time for my 10k oil change. The main reason I rated them as good was because I made an appointment, arrived 15-20 minutes early and it took alm It was time for my 10k oil change. The main reason I rated them as good was because I made an appointment, arrived 15-20 minutes early and it took almost an hour and a half. As usual everyone was polite and the waiting area is nice. I've usually dropped my vehicle off and either got a rental or shuttle to work so I'm not sure if this is the norm or not. I certainly wouldn't call this the "Xpress" oil change given how long it took. I had other things to do today and certainly would have done this some other time if I knew it would be that long. Next time I'll be sure to ask how long I can expect to be waiting. I will be going back sometime other than Friday afternoon next time to see how it goes. They were quite busy which is also why I didn't complain. More
