They are open until midnight! I have had a headlamp out for 3 weeks. My schedule is brutal, and I just assumed that there was no option for someone like me who goes to work at 6:30 I have had a headlamp out for 3 weeks. I had a headlamp out (OK I said that) and knew I was a sitting duck for a ticket, my usual dealer told me 10 days. I found Brookdale Luther, SAME DAY, 6:15 pm, totally fit my schedule! Waltzed in, service intake was great, walked to Subway for a sandwich, was home by 7:30. AWESOME! And everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, having fun, even though they were going to be there until midnight. Way to go team - made me feel like a valued customer even if you were working tough hours. You made me feel great - I will be back! More

When another issue arose, he went to his manager to see how they could best provide for customer. We would wake up in the morning and just get some breakfast and we'd talk to all of the people. They would come to know us as their family. We would all celebrate and dance daily, and have special parties on the solstaces and equinoxes. Eventually I'd grow old and my children and grandchildren would listen to my stories in front of dimly lit parking lights.. they'd think about putting me in a nursing home, but would remember what a spectacular place this is. Could've had 5 stars I went in for a oil change and tire rotation. Service rep. Joe was great. In and out in less than 40 minutes but there was 1 problem. They only rotate I went in for a oil change and tire rotation. Service rep. Joe was great. In and out in less than 40 minutes but there was 1 problem. They only rotated 2 of my tires. The techs didn't tell the rep. why they didn't rotate the other tires. I only noticed it because my son had marked a rear tire with the pen and the same tire was still in the same spot. The service rep. and the service manager offered to look at the camera to make sure they rotated the tires. At first they were telling me they rotated the tires but after looking at a different camera, it was determined that they didn't even touched the 2 other tires. I paid to have 4 tires rotated not 2. I should've gotten some kind of discount but nothing. On the flip side, they are quick and the people over in the service department is awesome. More

I was not directly approached during this visit, but there is an obvious sales person who is working the services customers in the waiting room to perhaps develop a sales opportunity. I was solicited the last time I was there by the same person, and I saw this person approaching customers today. He is very cordial and not at all aggressive in his approach. He is obviously doing his job well. However, I just want to use this forum to state my opinion that I do not like this sales practice at all. More
