However, I like to work with Duane if at all possible. He, along with other technicians I have worked with, does a good job of keeping me posted about the progress while I am waiting. If they find additional work that needs to be done, they do a good job of explaining the work and explaining alternative solutions. While waiting for anything is never a great experience, their waiting room is the best I have ever seen. I wish my doctor had a waiting room that good. More
