Always are great expericence We were able to make an appointment in a timely fashion(called the day before) had multiple times to choose from which was very nice. When we got to the dealer they were very busy but still we had all the work done in a timely manner. The waiting room always has plenty of seating and things to occupy your time. The gentleman that received us in was very informative and told us all that was to be done on the car and the fee Cou Yang is his name and explained all that was found our on the inspection of the car. Dead battery.....maybe need a new alternator? I bought a used Lexus SUV in June 2015, put a new battery in it on June 15, 2015 and it's been a wonderful vehicle to drive. Then "suddenly" on Frida I bought a used Lexus SUV in June 2015, put a new battery in it on June 15, 2015 and it's been a wonderful vehicle to drive. Then "suddenly" on Friday after Thanksgiving, I left to do errands and the battery was totally dead. What the heck. I got my receipt for the battery and went to AutoZone where I purchased that and the employee put some machine on the battery to check the #'s. ??? He couldn't get the number he wanted and suggested taking vehicle to Toyota dealer on Brooklyn Blvd. I left it there on Monday afternoon. They were busy, snowed that day. I told them no hurry. Talked to Duane Wednesday night and he said he had some diagnostic machine on it and not finding anything wrong except the alternator was only putting out 60 amps when it is a 90 amp one. He can't figure out what drained the battery. He left it on all night I think and next day he said he couldn't verify that it needs a new alternator. The battery is all charged up and ok. ??? I picked it up Thursday afternoon and so far, cross my fingers, nothing happened. He explained how this vehicle has alot of stuff going on in the system and anything could have drained the battery. I told him I don't know this vehicle well yet so I don't push any buttons I don't have to. Just the radio and CD player, I don't even turn the heat on yet. lol Who knows what happened. I'm glad I didn't have to purchase an alternator at this time but time will tell. I appreciate his diagnosis and information and I will keep an eye on it of course and see what's next. More

Everyone I dealt with, from the young men in the garage taking information and bringing my car back, to Josh, to the young ladies at the cashiers desk, were friendly and helpful. Although I don't live near by, I'll be back when I need help keeping my car running it's best. More
