Excellent support for my Prius - December 23rd 2015 I needed my regular oil change, but also the periodic check up. In the process they also discovered that my back-up battery was in pretty bad shape. I needed my regular oil change, but also the periodic check up. When sticker is applied fingerprint smudges are left on windshield. When I asked to get it removed and windshield cleaned.. Another service advisor, technician, and car runner were being disrespectful while getting the task done. (That is what triggered this review.) Original service advisor apologized for not letting them know not to apply a mileage reminder on the windshield. Notes are made in the computer not to apply mileage reminder. More

Very helpful I hit a chunk of cement on the freeway on my way to work and damaged my front tire.
