Great experience throughout the buying process I initially stopped into the dealership just to take a look at the vehicles and get a better idea of what I wanted. Lynn Floyd worked with me to help I initially stopped into the dealership just to take a look at the vehicles and get a better idea of what I wanted. Lynn Floyd worked with me to help narrow down my choice. He was great, no pressure, and gave me really good things to think about when making my decision. When we test drove he was also very knowledgeable about the vehicles and which features were really what I would care about. When I went back to make my purchase, Lynn was with another customer so I worked with Sara Davis. She was just as great! She helped me through the test drive and weighing the decision between the two cars I was choosing between. The person I worked with to finance the vehicle was also incredible helpful and patient. We worked through a few different scenarios to get to a monthly payment I was happy with. Ultimately, I chose a Hybrid Camry and I absolutely love it. I've had the car for 3 months now and love driving it. Plus it looks really good. Thanks for all of your help! More

They found the problem but did not have the parts in stock so they gave me a loaner Brought my Tacoma to Brookdale Toyota for a check engine light on. They found the problem but did not have the parts in stock so they gave me a loaner car to use for a day till the parts came in and the truck was repaired.
