I had my car towed to Brooklyn Toyota on Friday PM. Duane initiated the paperwork to service my Camry Hybrid which was completely dead. Duane called me Monday first thing in the morning to inform about the cause of the problem. The 12 V battery was replaced, and the computer was reset, and I picked up my car on Monday afternoon. I'm very pleased with the friendly and timely manner they service my car. They have established credibility and quality in the service they provide. This is the reason why I have bought, and serviced, my Toyotas with them. More
