Comfortable and inviting waiting area. Walked in and all service people behind desks avoided eye contact. Out of the 8 people there (several talking to each other behind one of the desks) Walked in and all service people behind desks avoided eye contact. Out of the 8 people there (several talking to each other behind one of the desks) 2 were with a customer. Peyton was kind enough to finish with his customer and offer to help. Waited a little over an hour for a tire rotation and it was not a busy time (drove right up to the front). I used to love the service here but it has declined. Employees seem irritated or disconnected with customer service. Peyton however was very kind and helpful. More
