I was working with another Toyota dealer closer to my home, but my salesperson was not that helpful and was slow to respond to me. I met with Alex who got me into a used Venza to test drive. He initiated a quote to trade in my van. I made the decision to buy the used Venza and set up a time with Alex for the paperwork and delivery. There were a lot of forms to sign but the process went smoothly. Alex was pulled away by other clients, but he told me and gave me a time estimate. Totally acceptable. Alex spent time with me in the car explaining the the features and buttons. All in all a positive experience. More
