I went to this dealer to try the service because I bought my car at White Bear Mitsubishi and I always do the services with them but this time I wanted to try Luther's and the truth is that I was disappointe my car at White Bear Mitsubishi and I always do the services with them but this time I wanted to try Luther's and the truth is that I was disappointed by the bad service they gave me. since I paid for a brake check and the only thing they did was remove the tires to tell me that if they needed to change the pads for sure but they didn't know what else my car would need, they told me that they did that until I I left it for them to fix it before they didn't know what it was and not according to what the "brake check" is for to know what the client needs and even more so if they charged me $39.94 the truth is I feel like they scammed me because the person who gave me the service did not resolve my doubts, on the contrary, it gave me more doubts. therefore I would not think of doing any service in the future. When trying to check out and pay the credit card system was not working properly! The guy trying to check me out told the manager it was not working well earlier in the day, the manager said it was my card was not working properly! I had to walk a few miles to withdraw money from the ATM on a hot day! Considering this is a car dealership you could have given me a loaner car to go to the ATM while you had my car it not like I would have run off with a 2022 and I have a 2022! Also a person who does the test drive could have been in my car if you all didn’t have a loaner available! This was very disappointing, and the car was not washed! Perhaps you all don’t do that for your 2022 car, considering I travel for work this was the 1st place that didn’t! The people were not bad workers it was just a major inconvenience since this is the only Mitsubishi around! Thanks for servicing my vehicle !! More
