Brought my car in because the EV battery has been loosing charge since I bought it. Its down to only 15 miles on a full charge, 13+ hour charge every night in a heated garage Every Night!. Told me they cant charge since I bought it. Its down to only 15 miles on a full charge, 13+ hour charge every night in a heated garage Every Night!. Told me they cant replace the battery, and that it should reach a full charge after a 8 charge and the weather warms up. Really?? Every night its charged fully, in a heated garage!! A complete waste of my time, driving from Rochester, getting a rental then drive back the next day to be told there is basically no problem! I do know that I will never drive all the way to this dealership again, and I will not ever buy another Mitsubishi. More

Not great customer service from the service department. The service advisor who helped us couldn’t care less about what we had going on. We ended having to walk over to the Mazda side to get any help in the end. Mitsubishi basically threw their hands in the air and said there was nothing else they could do. They also told us we needed to have an appointment to do a diagnostic check. How can you make an appointment for that? The whole reason I need a diagnostic check is because something is wrong with my car right now, I can’t wait weeks for an appointment for something like that. Ironically while they advised that it would take awhile to look at since we didn’t have an appointment but he kept trying to push us to get an oil change while we were there. I thought you were too busy but you have time for an oil change? They gave us some phone numbers to call but couldn’t tell us anything else. One thing they didn’t forget though was to hand us the bill for $99 to pay for the battery test that’s for sure. We didn’t even need that test because we had advised them that we had just put in a new battery the week before. We knew the battery was good. They handed that to us as soon as we walked in to talk to them, we had barely even walked in the building. Everyone at any Luther dealership we usually deal with is usually always so nice and we’ve been buying cars from Luther for 25 years but the experience we just has at Mitsubishi was something like we have never experienced before. More
