The people were friendly but I was disappointed in the service. I was told a part was going to be ordered so I made an appointment to have the job done. They said the part would be there by Thursday, so I service. I was told a part was going to be ordered so I made an appointment to have the job done. They said the part would be there by Thursday, so I scheduled the appointment for Friday. When I got there I waited for 1 1/2 hours and they told me the part was not in. I feel that I should have been told not to come. I live about 25 minutes away so it was a waste of time and gas. When I rescheduled and came back I was happy with the service. More

Made an appointment to get a key fob programmed No key fob in stock. Useless trip. Thought they had everything ready for the key fob once it arrived. Didn't tell me the vehicle needed to be present once t fob in stock. Useless trip. Thought they had everything ready for the key fob once it arrived. My car needed immediate attention with scraping sound from the rear brakes. Mitsubishi could not take me and sent me to Mazda. Eric Underwood is the most outstanding person with his calm patient demeanor, great customer service, follow up with updates. Chris the manager is kind and a wonderful person who has attention for detail. Nice touch on the after the service video that he sent. Impressive all around !
