Had an appointment for a simple oil change which I arrived early for, but sat around for nearly 3 hours before having to ask about my car since they had forgotten about it. I was given a car wash without being asked if I wanted one, which basically bent my license plate in half. And before leaving was asked if I ever got a overview video which I hadn't and still haven't. I could have excused this as a one off thing since its before a holiday weekend, but this isn't the first time I've had them forget about my car while I was waiting in the lobby for it to be finished... Brought my 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander in to check the lack of bass issue with the sound system. Eric got someone from the sales department to check it out. Guess the premium Bose audio is a little lacking! More

I had a terrible experience. Mitsubishi towed my car and locked my keys - they did not know my car was there until 3 days later at the dealership.
