No-fear Auto Service I hate visiting auto service businesses because I don't know much about cars. My brakes were occasionally squeaking. Your new dealership looks nice but much less personable than the old one. The people we have worked with before are all in the other side than the Mitsubishi. This visit they were much more pushy then any other time we have been in your service area.. Not sure if we will return or will look there when we make a decision to purchase a new vehicle. The last vehicles we bought from Chad Wazniak and appears he no longer is selling Mitsubishi. I feel everyone is paying more to help pay for the new dealership. People I selected below were people we dealt with previous to this appointment I recommend. Oath of them. More

Sluggish battery My battery, 3 yrs old, barely started my car. I called service ctr, they said to come in for a battery test. They fit me in, found that battery had failed, figured out warranty, installed battery and did an oil change which was almost due so I didn't have to return. They went over the checklist and let me know of a few things to watch for. The reps didn't pressure me to have the work done before it was needed. I appreciated that, especially right after the holidays. I prefer to stay with Mitsubishi service because the work is always done right the first time, the work estimates are not bait and switch, and the service prices end up being less than neighborhood foreign car repair shops. More

Fantastic Customer Service I always bring my Mitsubishi Mirage to Luther Brookdale Mitsubishi for servicing for almost 19 years, no matter what. Since my previous advisor retire I always bring my Mitsubishi Mirage to Luther Brookdale Mitsubishi for servicing for almost 19 years, no matter what. Since my previous advisor retired (I believe), Kevin Tran has been my wonderful service advisor for a couple of years now. He provides top notch customer service. I trust him to take care of my Mitsubishi Mirage and me. Now that Luther Brookdale Mitsubishi/Mazda has moved to a new location, Kevin is stationed at Mazda service side, he was so accommodating when I decided to bring in my Mitsubishi Mirage for regular servicing. He took care of me and my Mirage seamlessly. I totally rely on Kevin big time. He is fantastic. More
