Friendly atmosphere and good communication, I would go back. The cold start noise I had seems to remain, but it is tough to diagnose on an older vehicle in warm weather. It took almost 4 hours to get everything done. Reggie is a good guy that I enjoyed dealing with. The rest of the system was a bit disappointing. Most of time I sat while the sales manager or financing or a good guy that I enjoyed dealing with. The rest of the system was a bit disappointing. Most of time I sat while the sales manager or financing or someone was processing stuff. The car came with only one key fob. Sales manager basically said "that's what we got from the seller, so you only get one." I thought it might be the cost, but I checked into a fob on line and can get on for $109. Seems like a small amount compared to the $28,000 I paid for the car. That was a disappointment that could have been corrected easily and I would have left a happier customer. More
