Spoke with the sales manager who pawned me off to another sales manager that never answered calls or responded to voice mails. Tried to get a hold of the GM, called and asked for his contact information, instead My call was transferred and I was hung up on. I give up. Unfortunately, this will be my last Luther purchase as they seem very money driven and not willing to serve the customer. More
