The service was faster than the estimated time they gave me so it was awesome. Only thing was that I wasn’t well oriented that when I got to 10,000 miles the routine check was to be paid out of my pocket. O me so it was awesome. The Service person who ultimately helped me was wonderful! However, the service experience overall was horrific. I called the store several times and selected 2 for a service consultant and no one wonderful! However, the service experience overall was horrific. I called the store several times and selected 2 for a service consultant and no one ever answered that line. I had my car towed there and no one confirmed it was received. Then, the morning service was scheduled (a week later!), no one proactively contacted me. My appointment was at 7: 30 a.m., but I had to call late morning to ask if anyone was working on my car. I understand staffing is horrible everywhere right now, so I extend some grace. However, when my car was essentially MIA it was quite unnerving. More
