She was very personable, responsive to our requests, kept us informed, and transparent throughout the entire process. The business manager- James Berrisford was also great to work with and didn't try to pressure us into purchasing additional coverage options. The entire transaction only took a couple of days as we used outside financing to complete the purchase. We've put almost 300 miles on our vehicle since driving away and couldn't be happier! More

Long process for a waiting for car appointment. Frequently asked how many miles, and "service engine soon" light on, as reason for appt. Car has 58000miles. Once there... was informed that light is Frequently asked how many miles, and "service engine soon" light on, as reason for appt. Car has 58000miles. Once there... was informed that light is a purge valve and is warranty work. Told to go to a "kia dealership" if I waited to 60001 miles, then they would address the concern. Damm light still on and now have a appt. In 2 weeks. Very frustrated. Car has a platinum protection plan. I thought it would of been corrected.. but still waiting. More
