Had an appointment for a simple oil change which I arrived early for, but sat around for nearly 3 hours before having to ask about my car since they had forgotten about it. I was given a car wash with arrived early for, but sat around for nearly 3 hours before having to ask about my car since they had forgotten about it. I was given a car wash without being asked if I wanted one, which basically bent my license plate in half. And before leaving was asked if I ever got a overview video which I hadn't and still haven't. I could have excused this as a one off thing since its before a holiday weekend, but this isn't the first time I've had them forget about my car while I was waiting in the lobby for it to be finished... Brought my 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander in to check the lack of bass issue with the sound system. Eric got someone from the sales department to check it out. He was thinking the same but the tech didn't find an of bass issue with the sound system. Eric got someone from the sales department to check it out.
