Nice new waiting area in a new location. Unfortunately, the service level is not there anymore. I had asked the SA that no washer fluid is to be added (I prefer RainX to the bulk they use) - he blamed the tech for forgetting; I also asked not to do cabin filter inspection - forgot that too, and they forgot to attach the ballast when reinstalling the glove compartment door.
