Fast, efficient and friendly. Car was in for a recall on E brake boot. Also under warranty for wiper issue.. Very helpfull I called and explained my problem and they gave me a couple of things to try. No oversell I checked in for the recommended 35,000 service that the Mazda website recommended. I knew it was early on miles but just rolled my eyes and went wit I checked in for the recommended 35,000 service that the Mazda website recommended. I knew it was early on miles but just rolled my eyes and went with it. When I checked in to LutherMazda, Chris said that they wouldn't do the 35,000 service since I was early (even earlier than I thought) and they could do it at my next oil change with no issues. He said they'd do an oil change, check filters, and there was a recall on parking brake. He had me sign off on ~$100. He called an hour or so later and said the oil change was complete and the cabin filter was still in good shape and didn't need changing. Grand total ended up coming to $50. I was pleasantly surprised and it's refreshing to know the LutherMazda didn't do a bunch of service that I didn't need even though I practically handed them my money in advance. More

Excellent Service I have worked with Chris Larson in Service for routine work on my vehicle. Each time I find he is very friendly, is a good listener and accommodating I have worked with Chris Larson in Service for routine work on my vehicle. Each time I find he is very friendly, is a good listener and accommodating to work with. Once again I found my most recent experience to be excellent working with Chris. The work needed on my vehicle this time was much more detailed and warrantied. It also required that Service keep my vehicle for an extended period of time. Due to the time involved a rental vehicle was promptly offered by Chris which I used until the work was completed. He communicated with me on the progress of the work until it was ready for pick up. I'm happy too say my vehicle is working like a charm! More
