Careless work Went in for oil change and tire rotation, left with assurance all was well with my car, and minutes after entering highway the tire pressure indicator Went in for oil change and tire rotation, left with assurance all was well with my car, and minutes after entering highway the tire pressure indicator went on. I had to return to the center and they had to check tire pressure, add air, which SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE DURING TIRE ROTATION. This omission and delay caused me to miss my afternoon appointment, as well as causing aggravation and worry that my tire(s) were leaking air, or going flat. Ms.Peterson did rectify the situation and said she was going to give me a free tire rotation next time; however I think the service dept. should have done the job right in the first place. More
