Unprofessional customer service. I watched other customers being updated about various things concerning their vehicles (time, issues with car etc.) I was not spoken to in the 2 plus I watched other customers being updated about various things concerning their vehicles (time, issues with car etc.) I was not spoken to in the 2 plus hours that I was waiting until I asked to speak with the service manager.The service manager defended the service advisor whose name I have removed from my memory; throughout my entire conversation with her. I will never return to the Brooklyn Center location for service. I left there feeling disrespected and angry. I would however like to acknowledge Mike Davis and Dean Dreckman for their outstanding customer service. More

Make sure to bring your phone with headphones, laptop, handheld gaming device to bide the time. The lounge is very modern and offers plenty of seating, along with some refreshments and a coffee machine, though COVID has changed this around. I made my appointment online and requested a reminder call, which they fulfilled. Only reason why I gave four stars was that my car was not washed per my request, but that is at no cost to you if your car is serviced. More

Tire rotation, Oil Change, etc I had my car looked at following a CPO purchase. The service center addressed my concerns and had my car back to me in less than a week each time. I was given a brand new 2019/2020 rental car to drive while I waited to pick my car up. This is something that simply isn't available to most if you go to an independent mechanic. More
