I just went in for an oil change, but found the experience very pleasant and reassuring. I have an older car, so I'm not exactly on a maintainence schedule I can figure out and was happy to be told experience very pleasant and reassuring. All my fluids were checked and an inspection was done that found a cracked belt which also was replaced. I found the price to be very reasonable. The only disappointment was that all my tires were filled to 10 pounds less than they were supposed to be, but that was an easy fix. More

I would definitely recommend the service center; however, I am disappointed in its ability to honor a bundle of oil purchases I made with my new car. Hi, The experience at Luther was amazing, Alex has been the most patient person I've ever seen. There was a situation when we found out that the back seat cover was torned and someone had fixed it tem been the most patient person I've ever seen. There was a situation when we found out that the back seat cover was torned and someone had fixed it temporarily, we immediately called Alex (within 5 days) and brought to his notice. Though it was temporarily fixed again, but Alex made it a point to attend till it was done and kept communicating. My advice to Luther Brookdale is, though a customer is buying a used car, having the seat cover torned or in bad shape makes it a awful experience. I understand that used car come with a defect but this defect had turned me off for a while However, the car is great and am enjoying the ride each day. I would say the customer service was awesome.
