Well Ron came back on Tuesday 7/30 to talk with Duane and see if we could setup a time to purchase the Mazda. Even though it was to be Duane's day off on Wed 7/31, he did agree to come in. On Wed we took it for a ride with Duane, and he showed us the special features that we probably would not know for ourselfs for quite some time. I really appreciate this....the last time we bought a new SUV was 10 years ago. And that left a bad feeling with me with the dealership. They were so attentive to you until the papers were signed and then couldn't wait for you to leave so they could get to the next customer When you are purchasing a car, you have got to know in advance that it takes awhile for everything to work in sync. Though on the night we went to buy the car he was unavailable, it was extremely pleasant to work with Mike when we came in for our first test drive.
