However, all the car reviews strongly recommended the CX-5 and the new CRV. Ross patiently explained all the safety and convenience features of the Grand Touring CX-9 and CX-5 during a test drive and my wife did not appear impressed. However, as we evaluated all the other brands including the Acura RDX and Lexus NX200 she would ask them for many of the features the CX-5 had and compared the ride quality and quietness. After much evaluation, to my surprise, she firmly stated she wanted the CX-5. Ross was very patient and was exceptionally knowledgeable. We texted him questions over the weekend and he replied within minutes. It's rare to find a true professional (not high pressure), honest and concerned car salesman that knows every detail about their product without saying "I'll have to look that up." We would recommend Ross and the Luther dealership very highly!! More
