A nice Saturday start to a Memorial Day weekend when my son and I went in to just "browse" for that perfect car as my reliable car for 12 years is finally trying to take its last breath .😁 Eric first said Hi and would be willing to help us when we're ready to as we told him we're just "looking". Then Durrell came after a few rounds around the floor and we nicely told him Eric was gonna talk to us and Durell went to look for Eric but luck has it that Eric was busy w/ another client ! So it was meant to be that we get to work w/ Durell that day which turned into the afternoon (gosh why does it take so long to buy a car ! A whole day !😇) But details have to be done from the get go as Durell assesses to make sure my personality fits the car I want . It's been a long time since I went car shopping hence come with my son who's the car expert and boy did he know what to asked and made me feel comfortable going . For a long days worth of story, it was a great experience overall , despite the stack of paperwork Durell had to make and Ben have to have us sign , the whole days experience was nice and more than tolerable , actually FUN ! I would've never thought I would use that word in buying a car ! My son and I and my husband went around all the Luther dealership in the area and you guys were the most hospitable and friendly bunch !
