Not a very good experience buying my Mazda CX-90. Our salesman, Andrew K. never told us that this vehicle was actually a hybrid type vehicle. I don't like hybrids and did not want to buy a hybrid. My Our salesman, Andrew K. never told us that this vehicle was actually a hybrid type vehicle. I don't like hybrids and did not want to buy a hybrid. My reasons are, no one can tell you how long the lithium battery will last and how much it costs to replace it. It just adds complexity to the vehicle. I even asked multiple personnel in both the sales and service department at Luther Mazda and they couldn't answer the questions. One person told me that a replacement battery costs "a lot". Just what I needed to hear! The salesman never did a visual walk around the car at delivery. SO, now I'm stuck with a hybrid vehicle. We've also had issues with the radio not playing when starting the car. We have to turn it off and restart it to get the radio to play. It's done this at least a dozen times in the past three weeks. The service person says he can't duplicate the issue, so nothing was done. I'm sure there's something that they could do, like reload the software, or replace the head unit. Something's wrong with it! I'm certainly not making it up. I guess it's just par for the course. All they care about is selling the vehicle. My husband is very upset and disappointed how this whole transaction was handled. Going to make it right Luther? More
