Rania was AMAZING. After transferring to her from another sales person, who had repeatedly lied to and misled me, I was so happy to work with Rania to complete the purc After transferring to her from another sales person, who had repeatedly lied to and misled me, I was so happy to work with Rania to complete the purchase of my vehicle. The sales and service leadership at Luther Brookdale Mazda has room for improvement. I am still waiting on resolution from 1 issue (almost a month after purchase) that should not have been an issue to begin with if Finance had completed paperwork accurately, and now I’m on the hook for finance charges associated with an add-on I didn’t get. After being outright lied to and misled by original sales person, there was more the Sales Manager could do and he chose not to. Very frustrating process. More
