Thank you for sharing your experience. We are so sorry that you came away with a negative experience. We do occasionally have guests that ask for a discount, rather than have us make the repair. Either they have the skill set to repair the vehicle themselves, or they have a regular mechanic they trust. We always try to cater to our guests needs and wants. Again, we apologize we didn't meet your expectations.

We were told it was the power steering pump. We did not ask for a discount for the timing chain. We were not aware of that issue although the mechanics were and told us it should not have been sold before it was fixed. Now we are stuck with a very expensive repair for no reason. Very poor response.

The discount on the car was significant, and our offer to pay for half the repairs on the timing chain, despite the car being sold "as is", still stands. We hope you will take us up on it. Before purchasing a vehicle, our inspection results are available, and guests are welcome to take the car to their mechanic. We hope you take us up on our offer. $400 knocked off an asking price is not “significant”. We are stuck with a $3,000 total repair bill now. If that was the case prior to selling it, the car should’ve been reduced $3,000 in asking price, not $400. We live 2 hours away and no one told us we could have our mechanic look at it prior to buying. We brought the car back to the dealer 3 times and took off work multiple times spending hundreds in gas and lost work time. There is no excuse for that in any matter and a real car dealership would own up to that, instead of making excuses. Apologies do not help with repair bills or monthly payments on cars. I’ll pray for the people who work and operate this dealership tonight. God bless
